Northwood Man, With Priors, Indicted On Gun Threat, Other Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Mass. woman accused of organized retail crime enterprise in Salem; Hampton man faces jail drug charge; woman indicted on a perjury charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Brittany M. Johnston, 36, of Keezer Lane in Newton on a felony perjury charge. She was accused of making a false material statement under oath concerning a wedding date during a custody hearing on Aug. 15, 2022, in Brentwood.
Frank Warren Kimball, 34, of Groveland Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of obtaining or retaining a Massachusetts driver’s license that he knew had probably been stolen on Feb. 3 in Salem. According to the indictment, Kimball has been convicted of theft twice before.

Teshawnda Knight, 40, of Ellis Street in Hyde Park, MA, on organized retail crime enterprise and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. She was accused of conspiring with others to steal large quantities of clothing and merchandise from PINK in Salem between Feb. 7, and June 11, 2022, as well as thefts in PINK in Salem on April 2, 2022, and thefts at Victoria’s Secret in Salem on May 31, 2022. Rachel Andrea McKinney was accused of acting in concert with Knight during the Victoria’s Secret theft.
Shane Jeffrey Labroad, 26, of Gulf Road in Northwood on reckless conduct-deadly weapon, criminal threatening-firearm, domestic violence-criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of pointing a gun at an intimate partner in Northwood on Dec. 3, 2022.

Adam Michael Laramie, 32, of Ferncroft Drive in Hinsdale on possession of crack cocaine, possession of cocaine, and possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies, on Oct. 28, 2022.
Ryan B. Latsiou, 25, of Union Street in Manchester on two forgery and two theft by deception charges, all felonies. He was accused of uttering a false check on aTelephone and Network Technology account for $3,915.80 at TD Bank in Portsmouth on Oct. 6, 2022, and $3,795 on Oct. 6, 2022, at TD Bank in Newington.
Paul Michael Loiselle, 40, of Salt Mead in Hampton on a felony delivery of articles prohibited-fentanyl charge in the Rockingham County House of Corrections in Brentwood on June 23, 2022.
