Speeding Leads To Protective Order Violation Charge: NHSP Roundup

CONCORD, NH — A speeding vehicle in Bow led to a passenger being charged on a restraining order violation, according to an affidavit. David Carey, 45, pictured left, was arrested on June 8, 2017, and charged with a protective order violation. According to an affidavit, a vehicle reportedly clocked at 82 mph on I-93 South in Bow.

The driver – a woman – was pulled over and after some back and forth, she reportedly stated that she as driving due to a her passenger – Carey – drinking earlier in the day. The state trooper ran a check and found that the woman was a protected party with an active restraining order. The trooper asked for the passenger’s ID and found that he was involved in the case and was allegedly not supposed to be having contact with the woman, according to the affidavit.

Carey was arrested, held, and arraigned the next day.

Katherine Murphy, 27, of Dover, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. on July 30, 2017, for DUI on Route 16 North in Dover.

Kyle Harris, 35, of Coventry, RI, was arrested at 2:05 a.m. on July 29, 2017, for DUI on Route 1A in Seabrook.

Stephen Martin, 28, of Somersworth, was arrested at 1:12 a.m. on July 29, 2017, for DUI, failure to use required turn signal, fail/yield at stop or yield sign, open container, lane control, and unsafe lane changer. He was arrested on Route 16 North in Portsmouth.

Jennifer Hogan, 36, of Lowell, MA, was arrested at 10:58 p.m. on July 28, 2017, for DUI on Route 1A in Seabrook.

Chad Vaughn, 25, of Rochester, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. on July 28, 2017, for reckless operation on Route 16 South in Dover.

Maura Shea, 30, of Dover, was arrested at 9:31 a.m. on July 28, 2017, for DUI, DUI – second or third, and conduct after an accident on Route 4 East in Dover.

Amelia Pirkey, 33, of Somerville, MA, was arrested at 12:53 a.m. on July 28, 2017, for aggravated DUI – 30+ mph and DUI on I-95 South in Hampton Falls.

Baldemar Escobar-Castillo, 34, pictured lower right, of Manchester, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Aug. 1, 2017, for operating without a valid license on I-93 North in Windham.

Jacob Druziako, 24, of Amherst, was arrested at 4:30 a.m. on July 30, 2017, for DUI, aggravated DUI-attempt to elude police, disobeying an officer, reckless operation, resisting arrest or detention, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, traffic control device violation, and yellow/solid line violation. He was arrested on Route 28 in Pittsfield.

Jake Louis, 23, of Litchfield, was arrested at 9:50 p.m. on July 29, 2017, for DUI on the Everett Turnpike in Nashua.

Ronald Bouley, 33, of Greenville, was arrested at 6:30 a.m. on July 29, 2017, on a bench warrant on Route 45 Greenville.

Sharon Kamens, 27, of North Andover, MA, was arrested at 12:48 a.m. on July 29, 2017, for DUI and DUI-adult greater than 0.08 on I-93 North in Londonderry.

Alexander Morgan, 20, of Hooksett, was arrested at 12:38 a.m. on July 29, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug on Route 101 in Bedford.

Jonathan Macone, 25, of Stoneham, MA, was arrested at 11:43 p.m. on Aug. 1, 2017, for speeding – 21+ mph over the 65 limit, possession of a controlled drug, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle on I-93 South in Bow. Also charged was Michael Lebrun, 25, of Stoneham, MA, for possession of a controlled drug.

David Fournier of Salisbury, was arrested at 11 p.m. on Aug. 1, 2017, on a bench warrant on Route 3 in Boscawen.

Felicia Jackson, 29, of Sanbornton, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. on July 31, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension on I-93 South in Concord.

Valence Ray, 48, of Manchester, was arrested at 7:15 p.m. on July 30, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug, following too closely, and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle on I-89 North in New London.

Brandie Jones, 27, of Newport, was arrested at 7:15 p.m. on July 30, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension, transportation of drugs in a motor vehicle, uninspected vehicle, and unregistered vehicle on I-89 North in New London.

Jordan Daigle, 22, of Derry, was arrested at 9:25 a.m. on July 30, 2017, for reckless operation on I-89 South.

Jason Rebello, 36, of Auburn, was arrested at 3:01 p.m. on July 29, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug on Route 11 in Tilton.

Michael Day in Manchester, was arrested at 2:08 a.m. on July 29, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspension of vehicle registration on I-93 South in Bow.

Jered Reed, 40, of Belmont, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. on July 31, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-heroin/crack and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle at the I-93 South junction in Bow. He was also arrested by Troop E troopers at 11:31 p.m. on July 31, 2017, at the Belknap County Jail on a warrant.

Joshua Nason, 23, of Wolfeboro, was arrested at 7:43 p.m. on July 29, 2017, for aggravated DUI – 0.16+, DUI, and DUI adult greater than 0.08 on Beach Pond Road in Wolfeboro.

Rachel Mount, 39, in Laconia, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on July 29, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle on Route 106 in Belmont.
