Haverhill, Plaistow, Seabrook Men Indicted On Sexual Assault Charges: Court Roundup

Plus: Bedford man indicted on meth dealing charge; Salem man faces burglary charge; Lawerence woman faces theft and stolen property charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Roger Akoury, 59, of Beals Road in Bedford on possession of methamphetamine with intent to dispense and possession of meth charges, both felonies, on Jan. 1 in Northwood.

David Edward Allen, 42, of Middle Road in Plaistow on aggravated felonious sexual assault, felonious sexual assault, and attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of fondling a girl in Plaistow on Feb. 12.

Christopher Arthur, 38, of Debbie Lane in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving away from a Salem police officer on Dec. 15, 2022, while the officer’s hand was in the door handle driver’s door.

Joshua P. Avery, 22, of Farm Lane in Seabrook on attempted certain uses of computer services prohibited, attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault, and two attempted felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. Between January 2020 and April 9, 2021, he was accused of fondling and attempting to fondle a child in Seabrook.

Carmen L. Baker, 22, of Baystate Road in Lawrence, MA, on theft by unauthorized taking and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. She was accused of retaining a Honda CR-V, owned by another, and stealing items from Macy’s on March 19. Previously, according to the indictment, Baker was convicted on theft charges.

Michael David Bennett, 30, of Sunset Drive of Rochester on attempted theft by unauthorized taking, reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, and operating after certification as a habitual offender charges, all felonies, as well as driving after revocation or suspension and two disobeying an officer charges. He was accused of stealing items from Dick’s Sporting Goods in Seabrook, driving a vehicle at a high rate of speed in the parking lot of Walmart in Seabrook, and driving on Route 1 in Seabrook on Nov. 30, 2022. Bennett was deemed a habitual offender in February 2022.

Dustin Mikel Bronsdon-Kerivan, 28, of Brockton Avenue in Haverhill, MA, on endangering the welfare of a child and two felony solicitation to commit aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of soliciting the rape of a child and sharing pictures of a child and woman with another person to engage in sexual acts on Dec. 5, 2022, in Derry.

Travis Bruce, 41, of Lowell Street in Manchester on possession of oxycodone, possession of oxycodone with intent to distribute, and robbery charges, all felonies. He was accused of robbing the Rite Aid of oxycodone in Raymond by saying to a pharmacist, “I don’t want any trouble, but I have a gun and want oxycodone in the backpack on Dec. 5, 2022.

George Jude Bryson II, 37, of Landing Drive in Methuen, MA, on a felony possession of cocaine charge on May 16 in Salem.

Roger P. Burke, 50, of South Policy Street in Salem on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing a structure on West Road in Hampstead to commit theft on Jan. 25.
