Alleged Meth Dealers, Others Indicted In Merrimack County

Homeless felon indicted on weapon, drug charge, Loudon woman indicted in check defrauding scheme at Bow company, thief indicted for theft.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Travis K. Allard, 39, of Rockland Avenue in Manchester, for felony receiving stolen property for allegedly retaining a motor vehicle and then driving it on Gile Pond Road in Franklin on July 27, 2017.

Dwan Anderson, 30, upper right, a homeless man now located in Concord, on two counts controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine and felon in possession-two knives allegedly on Nov. 13, 2017, in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of felony kidnapping in Hillsborough County Superior Court in October 2006.

Dustin Averill, 23, upper middle, with a last known address of Green Street in Concord, for felony theft by unauthorized taking – for allegedly stealing cellphone cases from Walmart in Hooksett on Oct. 24, 2016. His been convicted twice before, according to the indictment.

Trisha Bastian, 49, of Lake Street in Loudon, for receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies. Between December 2012, and July 2013, she allegedly agreed with Judith Osgood defraud Pitco in Bow. The indictment stated that Osgood allegedly wrote checks from Pitco accounts made payable to Bastian Machine and then, Bastian reportedly cashed the checks.

Amanda Bernier, 35, upper left, with a last known address of Thorndike Street in Concord, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Thorndike Street in Concord on Sept. 26, and Sept. 28, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, she has been convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Merrimack County Superior Court in October 2010.

Rebekah Berry, 22, lower left, of Pineo Road in Center Barnstead, on four felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on North State Street and Loudon Road in Concord on June 20, June 22, June 29, and June 30, 2017.

Travis Bruce, 36, lower middle, incarcerated in Manchester at the time of the indictment, for theft by unauthorized taking and attempted theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies. On Nov. 20, 2017, he allegedly stole merchandise from the Mr. Gas location in Hooksett. On Nov. 25, 2017, he allegedly attempted to steal Nike sneakers from Kohl’s in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted twice of theft.

Joseph Bye, 25, lower right, of Boscawen, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited allegedly on Dec. 2, 2017, in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession of a narcotic drug in May 2015, in Merrimack Superior Court.
