Lawrence Man, With Priors, Arrested On A Robbery Charge: Salem Police Log
Maine woman faces stalking charge; man accused of assault against an elderly man; a shirtless man reportedly does cartwheels in the street.

SALEM, NH — Paola Tirado, 30, of Chardon Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested on two willful concealment charges at 4:03 p.m. on March 22, 2023. She was arrested after police were sent to Walmart on North Broadway Street after a shoplifting report.
Joseph F. Cascarano, 37, of West Street in Malden, MA, was arrested at 1:41 p.m. on March 22 on a willful concealment charge. He was arrested on a walk-in warrant at police headquarters.
Juan Gerardo Gutierrez Careja. 24, of Montgomery Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 9:22 p.m. on March 21 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop on South Broadway Street.

Rene Loyo Cardenas, 65, of Maple Street in Lawrence, MA, was cited at 6 p.m. on March 21 on an operating without a valid license charge after a motor vehicle stop on North Broadway Street.
At 5:31 p.m. on March 21, police were sent to Range Road and North Policy Street for multiple callers reporting a shirtless man doing cartwheels and somersaults in the middle of the road. Later, the man was down in the street. Windham police were called and the man's father came to pick him up.

Cesar A. Abad, 46, of Bellvue Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 6:36 p.m. on March 18 on a robbery charge. He was arrested after an incident at Macy’s at the Mall in Rockingham Park. He was released on $500 cash bail.
Urbano Franci Gonzalez Hernandez, 53, of Lawrence, MA, was cited at 3:56 p.m. on March 18 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. A caller reported a driver passed out behind the wheel on Main Street in a gray sedan. The subject was OK but was not licensed, so he was charged.
Jakob Aaron Hewett-Jones, 25, of Fisherville Road in Concord received a summons at 2:47 p.m. on March 18 on an operating with an expired license charge after a motor vehicle stop on South Broadway Street.
John R. Lucacio Jr., 46, of Marigold Road in Salem was arrested at 2:07 p.m. on Feb. 16 on a simple assault charge. Police were sent to Lowell Road after an elderly man was pushed down the stairs and could not get up. Salem firefighters were sent to the home and later, police were to search for Lucacio. He was arrested and later taken to the Parkland Medical Center.
Brandon Michael Haynes, 37, of Serenity Lane in Whitefield was cited at 12:02 p.m. on Feb. 16 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested after a suspicious vehicle was checked in the police headquarters parking lot.
Pascual Tomas Rildo Misael, 36, of Spruce Street in Lawrence, MA, received a summons at 10:55 p.m. on Feb. 15 for operating without a valid license charge. He was charged after a motor vehicle stop on South Broadway Street.
Nicholas R. Emerson, 38, of North Road in Shelburne was arrested at 6:37 p.m. on Feb. 3 on possession of fentanyl, unsworn falsification, and false report to law enforcement. He was arrested in Coos County.
Frank Kimball, 33, of Groveland Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 5:45 p.m. on Feb. 3 on receiving stolen property, a felony due to two prior convictions, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, driver’s license prohibitions, and two disobeying an officer charges. Also arrested by Krystle I. Clark, 32, of College Avenue in Waterville, Maine, on a bench warrant and a stalking charge. Police were sent to North Broadway Street after a report of a domestic dispute in the parking lot of Salem Market Place. The two people were arrested.
Warren Louis Doucette Sr., 42, of Summer Street in Salem was arrested at 4:27 p.m. on Feb. 3 on a willful concealment charge, a felony, due to two prior convictions. Police were sent to Target on South Broadway Street after loss prevention reporter a shoplifter fleeing on foot with approximately $700 worth of items. The man jumped into a pickup truck and took off but was stopped at the Salem Veterinary Hospital and arrested.
Judy Doan Vong, 36, of County Road in Everett, MA, was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on Feb. 3 on a willful concealment charge after an incident at Market Basket on Central Street.
