Londonderry Woman Indicted On Gun Threat Charges: Rockingham County Superior Court Roundup

Felon indicted on gun theft charge; felon indicted on gun, meth and fentanyl dealing charges; Epping man accused of crashing into stroller.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Shannon Nicole Nelson, 37, of Berry Street in Derry on possession of crack cocaine, possession of clonazepam, theft by concealment, and theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. She was accused of possessing the drugs, and stealing items and scanning items for lower amounts at Walmart in Derry on Jan. 7. Previously, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on theft charges.

Robert Charles Shane Ostrower, 41, of Jennifer Lane in Raymond on theft by unauthorized taking and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing a Ruger 9 mm pistol in Raymond on Sept. 1, 2022, and stealing it from a safe between Sept. 1, and Sept. 18, 2022. Ostrower is a felon due to a drug conviction in Broward County, Florida, in July 2010.

Nicholas James Perry, 44, of Cartier Street in Manchester on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on South Broadway in Salem on Feb. 14 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV in November 2007.

Jennifer M. Richardson, 41, of Nutfield Drive in Londonderry on two felony domestic violence charges. She was accused of pointing a Smith & Wesson revolver at a family or household member in hostile manner, waving it around, while swearing on Sept. 13, 2019, in Londonderry. Richardson was also accused of pointing the gun at a family or household member and saying, “You want to go, mother------? Let’s go! I swear to God, you think you can lock me out of the safe?,” or words to that effect on Dec. 16, 2022, in Londonderry.

Nelson Serrano, 45, a homeless man now located in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony failure to register as a sexual offender charge, due to a residency change, on Dec. 18, 2021, in Derry.

Derek Andrew Sirois, 41, of Old Bye Road in Raymond on second-degree assault and driving while certified as a habitual offender charges, both felonies, as well as a domestic violence charge. He was accused of grabbing and striking an intimate partner in the face or head, causing a laceration and her teeth to break and fall out of her mouth on Jan. 17 in Raymond. Sirois was also accused of driving on Old Bye Road in Raymond on the same day after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Patrick W. Smith, 34, of Old Concord Turnpike Road in Barrington on possession of fentanyl with intent to dispense, possession of methamphetamine with intent to dispense, and felon in possession of a firearm-a Ruger LC9 firearm, all felonies, as well as a transport drugs in a motor vehicle charge. He was accused of working in concert with Matthew Alan Labarge to distribute the drugs in Portsmouth on Nov. 2, 2021.

David A. Souther, 44, of Jenness Road in Epping on reckless conduct-deadly weapon and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of placing two others in danger while driving in Deerfield on Sept. 26, 2022, while distracted by his cellphone and driving off the road and striking a person and a stroller with a baby inside.

Nicholas Michael Supino, 37, of Rockingham Village in Seabrook on felony second-degree assault and simple assault-extended term of imprisonment charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner and punching them while stating, “the most faggoty fag ever” and “f------ gay,” or words to that effect on Feb. 16 in Seabrook.

Melissa Whittum, 48, of Shady Lane in Farmington on a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender. She was accused of driving on Woodbury Avenue in Newington on Feb. 10 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
