Bow Man Indicted On 3 Armed Robbery Charges In Salem: Roundup

2 from the Bronx indicted on attempted theft charges in Portsmouth; Maine men indicted on drug charges; habitual offender indicted again.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Troy M. Wyman, 47, of Anson Road in Madison, Maine, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on June 22, 2019, in Portsmouth.

Brennon A. Williams, 23, of Thadeus Street in South Portland, ME, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Aug. 10, 2019, in Greenland.

Melissa Whittum, pictured upper right, 45, of Shady Lane in Farmington, on habitual offender and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, after an incident on Interstate 95 in Hampton on Aug. 13, 2019.

Melvin Weatherspoon, 60, of Gosling Road in Portsmouth, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Oct. 5, 2019, in Hampton.

Kion Thomas, 41, of Bridge Street in Nashua, on a felony theft by deception charge. He's accused of obtaining money from a person to pay for rent but kept it for himself between Feb. 26, and April 11, 2018, in Derry.

Rolando S. Tabar, lower center, 20, of Undercliff Avenue in the Bronx, New York, on a felony attempted receiving stolen property and misdemeanor disobeying an officer charges. He's accused of driving Yobelin Sanchez, lower right, "to the location of a cell phone which Sanchez was not authorized to take" and not stopping for an officer in Portsmouth on Oct. 8, 2019. Sanchez, 23, of Cromwell Avenue in the Bronx, NY, was also indicted on a felony attempted receiving stolen property charge accused of attempting to obtain the cell phone.

Moriah Jane Simonds, 34, of Diana Drive in Northfield, on four felony counts of possession of drugs (heroin, meth, crack cocaine, and fentanyl) on Sept. 3, 2019, in Windham.

Jesse J. Silva, 30, of Jackson Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on issuing bad checks and theft by deception charges, both felonies. Between Jan. 17, and Jan. 18, 2019, Silva is accused of writing a check on a closed bank account in Salem.

Julio Amado Santana, 43, of Broadway in Haverhill, MA, on three identify fraud charges, attempted theft by deception, and two theft by deception charges, all felonies. On May 22, 23, and 24, 2019, he's accused of posing as another while trying to defraud Verizon Wireless of cell phones in Plaistow.

Matthew S. Roz, upper center, 41, of Laurel Drive in Bow, on three felony armed robbery charges. He's accused of robbing the Gulf gas station in Salem on April 27, 2019; Pearl's Candy and Nuts in Salem on Dec. 6, 2019; Klemms gas station in Salem on Dec. 9, 2019.
