Kingston Woman Indicted On 7 Fentanyl Dealing Charges: Roundup

Plus: Teen indicted on strangulation, robbery, drug dealing charges; Farmington habitual offender arrested again; other drug indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Lindsey Theodore, 30, of Page Road in Kingston, on seven felony counts of sale of fentanyl charges. Six times in September 2018 and once in October 2018, she's accused of selling the drug to a confidential informant working for the New Hampshire Drug Task Force in Londonderry.

Juan Torres-Pena, 32, of Rantoul Street in Beverley, Massachusetts, on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. On Sept. 6, 2019, after a traffic stop by New Hampshire State Police in Greenland, he was accused of giving a trooper an ID belonging to another person.

Kelvin P. Trinidad, pictured lower right, 37, of Woodland Street in Lawrence, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. Between March 14 and May 1, 2019, he's accused of removing more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from Lowe's in Salem without paying for it.

Kyle Viau, upper center, 34, homeless in Derry, on two criminal threatening, criminal mischief, and possession of testosterone charges, all felonies. He's accused of smashing a woman's bedroom window with a machete, smashing the window of a man's vehicle with a machete, and being in possession of steroids on July 30, 2019, in Derry.

Domenic V. Vitello, upper right, 19, of Holmeswood Drive in Sandown, on second-degree assault, accomplice to robbery, and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute charges, all felonies. He's accused of being in possession of pot, strangling a man until he passed out, and working with Tyler Cahill, who is accused of being involved in the incident in Salem on Aug. 28, 2019.

Drew Michael Wade, 31, of Dow Lane in Rye, on possession of amphetamine on March 31, 2019, in Portsmouth.

Tamara C. Weisz, 27, of Morton Stations Road in Charlton, MA, on a possession of heroin charge in Plaistow on April 25, 2019.

Melissa Whittum, lower left, 45, of Shady Lane in Farmington, on a felony habitual offender charges for driving on Interstate 95 in Hampton Falls on Sept. 24, 2019.

Richard E. Williams, lower center, 41, of Pinnacle Street in Hooksett, on possession of fentanyl-subsequent and delivery of articles prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies. He is accused of being in possession of the drug in the Rockingham County House of Corrections in Brentwood after being previously convicted of prior offenses.

Chloe A. Wofford, 28, of Cottage Street in Bethlehem, on receiving stolen property and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, in Derry on Aug. 8, 2019, reportedly inside of a stolen 2004 Chevrolet Silverado.

William Young, 21, of Debra Avenue in Raymond, on aggravated driving while intoxicated and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He's accused of driving a vehicle in Danville in excess of 85 miles per hour, causing a rollover crash that injured another person, and having a blood alcohol concentration level of more than 0.08 on Jan. 25, 2019.
