Mass. Man Fails To Appear At Falsifying Evidence Charge: Sheriffs

Florida woman arrested for failure to appear, Salem man arrested on a firearm charge, Maine habitual offender also charged.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the Rockingham County Sheriffs.

Nicholas J. Marcoux, 36, pictured, of Mystic Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested on Aug. 24, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the plea sentencing of an original charge of falsifying physical evidence and on a judge’s order to arrest for heroin possession.

Justin G. Martin, 31, of Croteau Court in Manchester, was arrested on Aug. 23, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for violation pretrial-removed bracelet on an original charge of evidence and on a judge’s order to arrest for possession of methamphetamine.

Tylor J. Soukone, 31, of Hemp Hill Road in Bristol, was arrested on Aug. 23, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a disp hearing on an original charge of fentanyl possession. Marie S. Umbro, 28, of Gilbert Road in Panama City, FL, was arrested on Aug. 22, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the sentencing of a theft charge.

David M. Garvey, 60, of Tiffany Road in Salem, was arrested on Aug. 22, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for criminal threatening-deadly weapon-firearm and on a judge’s order to arrest for felon in possession of a firearm.

Anna Russo, 60, of School Street in Berwick, ME, was arrested on Aug. 21, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a habitual offender charge.
