Sheriffs Arrest Mass. Man on Drug, Evidence Charges

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office recently:

Gerald R. Sweeney, 36, of Evelyn Avenue in Raymond, was arrested on July 29, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a hearing to show just cause on a possession of a controlled drug charge.

Robert A. Kean, 35, of Gonic Road in Rochester, was arrested on July 29, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a plea-sentencing on a theft charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for possession of Oxycodone.

Nicholas J. Marcoux, 35, of Mystic Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested on July 29, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for ofc cost cont-legal fees, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on a falsifying physical evidence charge, and on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on a heroin possession charge.

John P. Stacy, 43, of Westland Avenue in Manchester, was arrested on July 28, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a violation of a protective order charge.

Demetrius J. Ball, 32, of First Street in Dover, was arrested on July 28, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a possession of fentanyl charge.

Juan A. Orozco, 25, of Walker Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested on July 28, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for violation of probation on a heroin possession charge and VOP on a theft charge.

Travis L. Shepard, 31, of Blakes Hill Road in Deerfield, was arrested on July 26, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear disp conference on a Buprenorphine possession charge and failure to appear on a possession of marijuana with intent to sell charge.

Scott C. Collier, 35, of North Main Street in Concord, was arrested on July 26, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at an impose parole hearing on a possession of Buprenorphine charge and on a judge’s order to arrest for being a habitual offender.
