Massachusetts Men Arrested On Bail Jumping Charges: Salem Police Log

SALEM, NH — Edwin Rodriguez Jr., 42, of Crowninshield Street in Peabody, Massachusetts, was arrested at 4:58 p.m. on Aug. 27, 2024, on a simple assault warrant at police headquarters.

Gage Cassen, 18, of Hoodkroft Road in Derry was arrested at 4:41 p.m. on Aug. 27 on two felony theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501-plus charges. He was arrested by another department on a Salem warrant and held on $500 cash.

Ricky J. Delmaro, 24, of Hass Street in Dearborn Heights, Michigan, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. on Aug. 27 on three domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after police were sent to Mary Ann’s Diner on Veterans Memorial Parkway for a report of a man assaulting a woman after she refused to get into a truck. The man was arrested and released on $1,000 cash bail.

Christopher M. Palermo, 48, of Danbury was arrested at 2:41 p.m. on Aug. 27 on felon in possession of a dangerous weapon and possession of a controlled drug charges, both felonies. He was arrested by the Merrimack County Sheriff’s Department on the Salem warrant.

Agustin A. Reina Aguero, 21, of Kingston Road in Plaistow was arrested on a warrant at 11:54 a.m. on Aug. 27 as well as criminal threatening, driving after revocation or suspension, and three resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested on a warrant at the 7-Eleven on Main Street, refused booking, and taking to jail.

Robert Michael Lemieux, 37, of Dracut, MA, was arrested on a bench warrant at 8:06 a.m. on Aug. 27 as well as a bail jumping charge. He was arrested on a warrant and held in the Nashua Street Jail in Boston, MA.

Jeremy Robert Gable, 36, of Middlesex Street in North Andover, MA, was arrested at 4:22 p.m. on Aug. 8 on a bail jumping charge. The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested him on the Salem warrant.

Dangquang Nguyen, 51, of Fieldstone in North Billerica, MA, was arrested on a warrant out of Nashua at 10:43 a.m. on Aug. 8 as well as a willful concealment charge. He was then turned over to the Nashua police.
