Canterbury Man Indicted On Numerous Drug Dealing Charges: Court
Plus: Somersworth woman indicted on robbery, theft charges; Londonderry man face forgery charge; drug indictments in Concord, Franklin.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Stephanie L. MacDonald, 40, of Union Street in Somersworth on robbery, a felony, and theft by unauthorized taking charges, also a felony due to two prior convictions. She was accused of threatening a Market Basket employee with a bottle of wine she was accused of stealing from the Hooksett store on Aug. 2. Eric Mandigo, 40, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on July 3 on Manchester Street in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a drug sale charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in May.

Kaylie McDonough, 23, of Hillsboro Street in Berlin on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, buprenorphine charges on Dec. 29, 2020, in Hooksett.
Larz Menard, 22, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was accused of stealing merchandise from the Cumberland Farms in Concord on April 21.

Sean Miller, 32, of Canterbury, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on four felony counts of sale of fentanyl on June 4, June 17, June 24, and July 7 on North Main Street and D’Amante Drive in Concord; possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute and possession of methamphetamine charges on July 7 on D’Amante Drive in Concord; a sale of fentanyl and tramadol mix charge on June 11 on Commerce Drive in Hooksett; two felony counts of sale of fentanyl on Sept. 15, and Sept. 22, 2020, on North Main Street in Concord; and sale of fentanyl and tramadol mix charge on Sept. 16, 2020 on North Main Street in Concord.
Jessica Moses, 30, of West Bow Street in Franklin on a felony possession of fentanyl and tramadol mix with intent to distribute charge on April 14 on River Street in Franklin. At the time, according to the indictment, she was out on bail.
Lenon Munoz-Benitez, 32, of Whittemore Road in Londonderry on a felony forgery charge. He was accused of writing the signature of another person on a check on Nov. 25, 2020, in Hooksett.
Christopher M. Palermo, 45, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on three felony assaults by prisoners charges. He was accused of slapping and pushing another man while inside the New Hampshire Prison for Men on Jan. 24.
Melissa Boucher, 33, of Myrtle Street in Manchester on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving on West River Road in Hooksett on May 11 while being certified as a habitual offender.
Shaun Leger, 42, of Irwin Road in Manchester on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of speeding, driving over a double yellow line, and swerving to avoid collision of other vehicles in Hooksett on Feb. 19.
Britt Mara, 45, of Croteau Circle in Manchester on a felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender charge while driving on Hooksett Road on June 30 in Hooksett.
Bryanne Toney, 47, of Hooksett Road in Auburn on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing a ring on Oct. 5, 2020, in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on theft twice in Georgia.
