Woman Indicted for Stealing Yoga Pants
Plus, Connecticut woman faces morphine possession charge; Hudson, Pelham, Nashua residents face drug charges; Mass. man faces rape charges.

Michael DeMarco, 36, of Colby Road in Litchfield, was indicted on five counts of possession of child sexual abuse images, all felonies on July 22, 2014. According to the indictment, DeMarco allegedly possessed photos and videos of young girls and a teenage boy involved in sex acts. He was arrested in July by area departments and Homeland Security.
Nicole DiPalma, 37, of East Glenwood Street in Nashua, was indicted on a felony theft by deception charge for allegedly stealing yoga pants from Sears in Nashua on Sept. 1, 2014, after already being convicted twice for theft in Nashua District Court in November 2010 and February 2014.
Kyle Falter, 30, of Main Street in Ashby, MA, was indicted on felony counts of burglary and theft by unauthorized taking. He alleged stole items from two people on Fenwood Drive in Milford on May 6, 2012, and June 6, 2012. He’s previously been arrested for providing a false name and resisting and drug possession.

Michael Flaherty, 18, of Lowell Road in Hudson, was indicted on a felony possession of heroin charge allegedly committed on July 2, 2014, in Nashua.
Randall Gentner, 23, of Millville Circle in Salem, was indicted on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge for allegedly removing a wallet from a woman’s purse on July 29, 2014, in Hudson. He has two previous felony theft convictions.

Paula K. Gregoire, 47, of Lowell Road in Hudson, was indicted on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug, subsequent. She accused of being in possession of methylphenidate (Ritalin), methylphenidate (Methylin) and dexmethylphenidate on July 25, 2014, in Nashua. She was previously convicted of sale of controlled drugs in January 2009.
Todd M. Gurley, 43, of Stage Road in Hampstead, was indicted on a felony possession of controlled drugs charge based on an incident on Aug. 2, 2014, in Merrimack, allegedly involving suboxone. He was arrested in Salem in 2013 on drug, other charges.
Robert C. Hall, no fixed address, formerly of Nashua, was indicted on a felony possession of a controlled drug charge from July 13, 2014, in Nashua (Vicodin). He was arrested in November 2014 for allegedly assaulting a police officer.
Joanne Harden, 44, of Heon Court in Nashua, was indicted on felony counts of criminal liability for conduct of another, armed robbery and criminal liability for conduct of another, robbery, for allegedly aiding and transporting Viviana Rosario from the scene of a reported robbery on Aug. 16, 2014, in Nashua.
Joshua Higgins, 24, of Lake Street in Nashua, was indicted on a felony criminal liability for conduct of another, burglary charge, for an incident on Sept. 18, 2012, for allegedly aiding Seth Stephens and Martin Sheehan with transportation after an incident on Tilton Street in Nashua.
Ernest Iannotti, 40, of Salem Street in Nashua, was indicted on felony burglary and theft by unauthorized taking charges for an alleged incident on July 28, 2014, reportedly with Amanda Sandy, involving a Colt .22 firearm and a wallet owned by a Nashua man.
David Johansen, 27, of David Road in Carver, MA, was indicted on two felony counts of felonious sexual assault and a single count of aggravated felonious sexual assault against a Nashua teenager (14) on three occasions on Aug. 1, 2014.
Antonio Maben, 27, of Arlene Drive in Pelham, was indicted for being a habitual offender. He allegedly knowingly drove on Temple Street in Nashua on June 28, 2014, after being convicted previously of being a habitual offender.
Arienana Manzi, 20, of 9th Street in Norwich, CT, was indicted for felony possession of a narcotic drug after allegedly being caught on Aug. 18, 2014, in Nashua, with 0.5 grams of morphine.
Derek Marois, 44, of Fletcher Street in Nashua, was indicted on a felony identity fraud charge and a felony fraudulent use of a credit card charge after allegedly posing as a Nashua man between March 14, and March 20, 2014, attempting to access a line of credit from Bank of America, in order to defraud the victim, and allegedly using the credit card to “obtain goods at multiple businesses” including drug and grocery stores during the same time period.
