More Perps Miss Court Dates, Other Arrests

The following people were arrested by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department recently:

Justin Freeman Pepelis, 39, of North Shore Road in Derry, was arrested on Dec. 15, 2014, on a judge’s order to arrest, civil violation court order.

Ronald Joseph Chamberlain, 41, of Centerville Road in Salem, was arrested on Dec. 16, for failure to appear on theft and operating while a habitual offender charges and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Paul William Fowler Jr., 47, of Lafayette Road in North Hampton, was arrested on Dec. 16, for failing to appear at the arraignment of a forgery charge.

Stephen Anthony Foti, 30, of Kendall Pond Road in Derry, was arrested on Dec. 17, for VOP on a burglary charge.

William K. Boland, 56, of Jewell Drive in Salem, was arrested on Dec. 18, for contempt capias-martial non-support.

Cody Gardner, 25, of Lewis Lane in Hampstead, was arrested on Dec. 18, for speeding.

Nastassja Dominique Nedeau, 29, of Danville Road in Kingston, was arrested on Dec. 18, for VOP new hope violation on a forgery charge.

Brandy Marie Lattime, 30, of Folly Mill Road in Salisbury, MA, was arrested on Dec. 18, for failure to appear on possession of buprenorphine and two theft counts.

Jonathan Scott Cunningham, 28, of Evelin Avenue in Raymond, was arrested on Dec. 22, was arrested for failure to appear on a possession of drug charge.

Nichole Marie Fahey, 32, of Raymond Road in Nottingham, was arrested on Dec. 22, for failing to appear at an endangering the welfare of a child charge.

Keith John Thompson, 46, of Kennedy Circle in Haverhill, MA, was arrested on Dec. 22, for VOP on two counts of receiving property.

Amisadai Carrasquillo, 34, of Berlin Street in Woburn, MA, was arrested on Dec. 22, for failure to appear at a status conference on a cocaine possession charge.

Raul Eduardo Delgado, 31, of Cross Street in Salem, was arrested on Dec. 22, for violation of probation on an original oxycodone charge.
