New Yorker Tased During Fraud Incident At Salem Store: Police Log

Concord, Pembroke women, others arrested on bail jumping charges; Franklin man faces drug charges; Plaistow woman charged with assault.

SALEM, NH — A 17-year-old girl was arrested at 9:36 a.m. on March 15, 2023, on a domestic violence-simple assault charge after an incident on High Street.

Chyna Janail Harris, 25, of Crimson Cove in Memphis, Tennessee, was arrested at 4:31 p.m. on March 14 on forgery, possession of a controlled drug, and manufacture-possess false government ID charges. Also arrested was Sylvan Small Jr., 28, of Cleveland Street in Brooklyn, New York, who was charged with resisting arrest or detention and manufacture-possess false government ID charges. Police were sent to Kohl’s on Cluff Crossing Road after an employee told police a man, “known to pass counterfeit bills,” had entered the store. When police arrived, they attempted to speak to the man, but he reportedly fled on foot. Later, he was Tased by police in front of Planet Fitness. Both the man and woman were arrested and taken to the Rockingham County Jail.

A 17-year-old girl received a summons at 10:43 a.m. on March 14 on an operating without a valid license charge after a crash on Cross Street.

Gianna A. Torres, 25, of Crown Street in Nashua was arrested on a warrant at 8:42 p.m. on March 13. Police went to Chasers on Veterans Memorial Parkway to make contact with a woman who was accused of violating a restraining order. She was arrested later on a Nashua police warrant.

Clarisa C. Haas, 26, of Cedar Street in Berlin was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on March 13 on a willful concealment charge. Police were sent to Dick’s Sporting Goods on Rockingham Park Boulevard for a report of a woman attempting to steal about $200 worth of merchandise. She was seen walking to another store in the mall. Police caught up with the woman and arrested her.

Trinity Blossom Mansfield, 29, of North Spring Street in Concord was arrested at 9:11 a.m. on March 13 on a bail jumping charge. She was arrested on a warrant at police headquarters.

Brianna Jean Defosses, 18, of Main Street in Pembroke was arrested at 9:07 a.m. on March 13 on a bail jumping charge. She was arrested at police headquarters in a Salem warrant.

Melissa Sue Bard, 40, of Haverhill, Massachusetts, was arrested at 11:01 a.m. on Feb. 24 on two willful concealment charges. Also arrested was Nicholas J. Maccini, 31, of Vine Street in Haverhill, MA, on two willful concealment charges. They were arrested at Haverhill District Court on warrants.

Caitlyn Delahunty, 28, of Greenough Road in Plaistow was arrested at 9:31 a.m. on Feb. 24 on a domestic violence-simple assault charge. A man on Sherwood Circle accused a woman of punching him. A warrant was issued and she was arrested.

Alexandra Jane Antico, 36, of Antico Way in Waltham, MA, was arrested on a bench warrant at 8:52 a.m. on Feb. 24 at police headquarters. She was released on $250 cash bail.

Gia M. Sparks, 32, of Eastern Avenue in Revere, MA, was arrested on a bench warrant at 8:42 a.m. on Feb. 24 as well as a bail jumping charge. She was arrested at MCI-Framingham in Massachusetts on a Salem warrant.

Ashley Gray, 33, of Country Ridge MHP in Rochester was arrested on bench warrant at 1:06 a.m. on Feb. 24 as well as a bail jumping charge. She was arrested by Rochester police on a Salem warrant and picked up in Epping.

Nguyen Vu Nguyen, 33, of Elkins Street in Franklin was arrested on a bench warrant at 11:32 a.m. on Feb. 23 as well as two drug possession charges. He was arrested at the Interstate 93 rest area in Salem after an incident.

Efrain Jose Bolanos, 33, of Spring Street in Springfield, MA, was arrested at 10:37 a.m. on Feb. 23 on a bail jumping charge. He was arrested on a warrant at police headquarters.

Police were sent to Lamplighter Lane at 7:53 a.m. on Feb. 23 for a report of an overdose.
