Elderly Derry Man Indicted On 21 Rape And Sexual Assault Charges: Court Roundup

Revere woman accused of dealing cocaine and fentanyl in Salem; South Hampton, Raymond men indicted on felony assault charges; more.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Joshua Cameryn Pelletier, 31, of Tilton Avenue in Kittery, Maine, on a possession of methamphetamine charge on Nov. 29, 2019, in Brentwood.

Dennis Reed, 78, of Jenny Dickey Hill Road in Derry on 11 aggravated felonious sexual assault felony counts and 10 misdemeanor sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping, sexually assaulting, and fondling a teenage girl between Aug. 1, 2004, and July 22, 2007, in Derry. Reed is the former owner of the Sports Zone event facility.

Nathan M. Rogers, 41, of Floral Avenue in Raymond on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of slapping an intimate partner on the side of the head, causing an eardrum to rupture on Sept. 10, 2022, in Raymond.

Andrew D. Scheiner, 40, of Main Avenue in South Hampton on two felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of causing lacerations to the heads of two people on Sept. 5, 2022, in Epping.

Gia Michelle Sparks, 32, of Eastern Avenue in Revere, Massachusetts, on possession of methadone, possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute charges, all felonies. She was accused of possessing the drugs in Salem on June 21, 2022. In the case of the fentanyl charge, Sparks was accused of working in concert with Valentina Severino in the drug dealing, the indictment said.
