NH Man Indicted On Felonious Sexual Assault Charges: Indictment Roundup
Maine man indicted for allegedly trying to hide drugs in his butt, Mass. man indicted for robbery, Derry woman indicted on third DWI charge.
BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Andrew Jackson, 38, of Millville Street in Salem, for felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine allegedly on Nov. 26, 2017, in Salem.
Scot E. Jalbert, 29, pictured at right, of Glenwood North in Hampstead, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, heroin allegedly on Jan. 15, 2014, in Derry.

Jacob James, 28, of Lake Avenue in Manchester, for felony receiving stolen property. On March 31, 2016, in Derry, he alleged stole a PlayStation 4 system and games. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was previously convicted of theft.

Kenneth Jefferson, 44, currently incarcerated at the New Hampshire State Prison in Concord, for criminal mischief, two counts of felonious sexual assault-domestic violence, criminal threatening with a deadly weapon, all felonies, as well as three counts domestic violence. In January 2016, he allegedly sexual assaulted a girl who was 15 at the time and threatened her with a knife in June 2016. In June 2016, in Raymond, he allegedly threw an Xbox own by another person to the floor, and struck the girl in the throat and slammed her against a wall.
Alex Kanaris, 26, of Pond Road in Sidney, ME, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine with intent to distribute and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies, as well as possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. The charges stem from alleged incident on Dec. 28, 2016, in Greenland, where he reportedly tried to hide drugs in or around his buttocks. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of other crimes.
Frank Kimball, 28, of Franklin Street in Haverhill, MA, for robbery and attempted theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies, and simple assault. On Jan. 6, 2017, at the Home Depot in Plaistow, he allegedly stole tools and merchandise and kicked another person in order to flee from the scene, according to the indictment.
Jessica Laroe, 33, pictured bottom left, of Maple Street in Manchester, for felony habitual offender, two counts of receiving stolen property, one a felony as well as two counts of possession of drugs-marijuana, driving or operating under the influence of drugs or liquor, simple assault, unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle or animal, for allegedly driving in Derry on Nov. 27, 2016. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of DWI in Rockingham County Superior Court in April 2015 and in Nashua District Court in June 2013.
Lindsay M. Lawton, 33, of Blood Street in Pepperell, MA, for felony theft by unauthorized taking, two counts of resisting arrest or detention, and attempted escape. On Nov. 25, 2016, she allegedly stole more than $1,500 worth of items from Lord & Taylor in Salem and then, resisted and removed her restraints when she was arrested.
Devin Lemay, 25, of Glen Forest Drive in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Nov. 27, 2016, in Raymond.
Anita Leo, 35, of Upper Garland Road in Dexter, ME, for accomplice possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine with intent to dispense and possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, both felonies, allegedly on Jan. 16, 2017, in Greenland.
Alisa Lowden, 24, pictured upper left, of Styles Road in New Boston, for theft by deception, issuing bad checks, and five counts of forgery, all felonies. On Aug. 18, and Aug. 19, 2016, in Salem, she allegedly passed fraudulent bank checks and drew money on an account that wasn’t hers.
