Pair From Mass. Arrested On Fentanyl, Meth Sale Charges: Salem Cop Log

Plus: Salem men arrested on threat charges; Andover, MA, man arrested on robbery charge; pair pass out in movie theater.

SALEM, NH — Joseph Frank Frontiero, 40, of Beacon Street in Gloucester, Massachusetts, was arrested at 10:05 p.m. on Sept. 17, 2024, on possession of a controlled drug, driving after revocation or suspension, and transport drugs in a motor vehicle charges. He was arrested after a motor vehicle stop near the Fisk School on Main Street. After being arrested, he was taken to the Rockingham County Jail.

Tristane Sinilise Gelin, 18, of Joy Terrace in Methuen, MA, was cited at 9:52 p.m. on Sept. 17 on an operating without a valid license charge after a motor vehicle stop on South Broadway Street.

Darin Zenga, 44, of Ennell Street in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 5:43 p.m. on Sept. 17 on felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender and driving after revocation or suspension charges after a motor vehicle stop on South Village Drive. He was released on personal recognizance.

Nathaniel L. Porter, 42, of Main Street in Salem was arrested at 3:31 p.m. on Sept. 17 on resisting arrest or detention and two criminal threatening charges. Police were sent to the Depot & Main Apartments on Main Street for a report of a fight between workers and a client near a playground that was beginning to escalate. The man was arrested, released on personal recognizance, and taken to the Parkland Medical Center.

Jonathan Sylvester Gonzalez, 43, of Memorial Circle in Andover, MA, was arrested at 8:24 a.m. on Sept. 17 on robbery and criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges. He was arrested on a warrant and picked up by police in Middleton, MA.

Stevie L. Senter, 38, of South Street in Exeter was arrested at 2 a.m. on Sept. 17 on a possession of a controlled drug charge. She was arrested on a Salem warrant by Kingston police and held at the Rockingham County Jail.

Donovan Maximus Whitaker, 19, of North Street in Winchendon, MA, was cited at 11:16 p.m. on Sept. 10 on an unlawful possession-intoxication charge. Also charged was Ayden Murphy Fournier, 20, of Prospect Street in Winchendon, MA. A 23-year-old was taken into protective custody. They were charged after an incident at the Cinemark at Rockingham Park after an employee reported a man and woman were found passed out in the theater.

David W. Powell, 47, of Pleasant Street in Salem was arrested at 7:31 p.m. on Sept. 10 on harassment, two contempt, and two criminal threatening charges. He was arrested after a man filed a complaint against another man about alleged threats. Powell was arrested on a warrant and taken to the Rockingham County Jail.

Wascal Gomez, 30, of Barker Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 4:37 p.m. on Sept. 10 on two counts of controlled drug: sale, etc., fentanyl and three counts of controlled drug: sale, etc., methamphetamine. Also arrested as Yoan Alexander Aguasviva-Familia, 22, of Haverhill Street in Lawrence, MA, on two counts of controlled drug: sale, etc., fentanyl and four counts of controlled drug: sale, etc., meth. They were arrested after a motor vehicle stop on South Broadway. Both refused bail and were taken to the county jail.

Eric William Hill, 45, of Whitehall Road in Amesbury, MA, was arrested on a warrant at 9:54 p.m. on Sept. 10 as well as a possession of a controlled drug charge. He was arrested at the Red Roof Inn on Red Roof Lane on a Seabrook police warrant. Hill was released on personal recognizance.
