Mass. Woman Racks Up Burglary, Drug, Theft Indictments: Rockingham Superior Court Roundup

Salem man indicted on MDMA, meth sale charges; man accused of trying to assault Derry cops; MA man indicted on power grinder threat charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Emmanuel George Pitsiladis, 41, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Dec. 3, 2022, in Portsmouth.

David W. Powell, 46, of Pleasant Street in Salem on simple assault-extended term of imprisonment and two attempted simple assault-extended term of imprisonment charges. He was accused of assaulting and trying to assault Derry police officers on March 23.

Jeffrey John Redfern, 52, of Plympton Street in Waltham, Massachusetts, on domestic violence-criminal threatening with a deadly weapon-a Ryobi power grinder on April 3 in Seabrook and attempted stalking on April 5 in Brentwood. He was accused of threatening an intimate partner with the grinder saying, “I’ll kill you with this,” and then attempting to call her from the Rockingham County House of Corrections, a violation of an order, after being convicted of stalking in Hampton Circuit Court in March 2022.

Katie Jean Regan, 36, of Pear Tree Road in Haverhill, MA, on possession of amphetamine, four receiving stolen property, five burglary, and seven theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. She was accused of the following: removing property from storage units in Windham between March 15 and March 27, 2019; possessing the drug on April 16, 2019, in Hampstead; burglarizing storage units at an apartment building on Lewis Lane in Hampstead between April 1 and April 16, 2019; retaining the property of others on April 16, 2019, in Hampstead; and stealing video games from the Londonderry Flea Market between June 27 and July 2, 2021.

Ryan J. Ricard, 35, of Willowdale Avenue in Tynsboro, MA, on two felony bail jumping charges. He was accused of failing to appear in Rockingham County Superior Court in Brentwood for hearings on April 10 and May 22.

Hector L. Rodriguez, 29, of Asby Road in Concord on a possession of fentanyl-subsequent charge in Salem on June 13, 2022. At the time, he was previously convicted of a prior offense.

David Mark Rozzi, 59, of Dyer Avenue in Salem on sale of MDMA, possession of meth, possession of MDMA, and two sale of meth charges, all felonies. The charges stem from incidents in Salem on Sept. 20, Sept. 30, and Oct. 5, 2022, and Jan. 23.

Nicholas Mark Sampson, 34, of Maplewood Drive in Londonderry on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of smashing windows, the windshield of a motor vehicle, kitchen cabinets, dishes, glasses, and other items in Londonderry on March 2.

Holli Ann Santana also known as Holli Ann Soltish, 39, of Whitehall Road in Amesbury, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park on Dec. 22, 2022. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on theft charges.
