Portsmouth Woman Indicted On Knife Threat Charge: County Court

Plus: Greenland man indicted on sexual assault charges; Manchester man faces drug-dealing charges; Salem man indicted on forgery charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

John Raymond Gray, 41, of Henry Taylor Street in Salem on a felony forgery charge. He was accused by police of uttering a check on a Salem Coop Bank account, altered for $280 on Dec. 15, 2021, in Salem.

Robert A. Griffin, 50, of Maple Street in Danielson, Connecticut, on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on July 22, 2021, in Danville.

Matthew Isaiah Hanscom, 28, of East Broadway in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of controlled drugs, fentanyl and tramadol mix, driving under the influence, and transport drugs in motor vehicle charges on Aug. 4, 2021, on Route 125 in Plaistow.

Stephen Hartson, 54, of Skyview Drive in Greenland on five counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused by police of fondling a boy and forcing a boy to fondle him between July 17, 2016, and July 16, 2021, in Greenland.

Jason Havener, 45, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. Between Aug. 23, and Sept. 9, 2021, he was accused of borrowing and failing to return a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox in Raymond.

Thomas Higgins, 62, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth on a felony driving while being a habitual offender charge. He was accused by police of driving on Lafayette Road on Sept. 30, 2021.

Mathew George Holloway, 32, of Shore Drive in Salem on possession of clonazepam and buprenorphine charges on Nov. 17, 2021, in Hampstead.

Joseph I. Holub, 25, of Lowell Street in Manchester on possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of psilocybin mushrooms, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused by police of possessing the drugs on Oct. 10, 2021, in Salem.

Emily Jaime, 22, of Stonecroft in Portsmouth on a felony domestic violence-criminal threatening charge. She was accused by police of using a knife to threaten another person and saying, “I’m going to f------ kill you” on Jan. 19 in Portsmouth.

Aaron Jensen, 42, of Ashbrook Road in Exeter on two receiving stolen property and theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of retaining and disposing of a bicycle owned by another person between Nov. 14 and Nov. 15, 2021, and Dec. 1, 2021, in Exeter.

Fadhil A. Jibury, 35, of Meadow Lane in Allenstown on a felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused by police of working in concert with Carlye Bubacz to steal items from Walmart, according to the indictment, on Nov. 8, 2021, in Derry.
