Salem Police Log: Man Allegedly Keys Roommates Vehicle After Argument
Plus, Mass. woman arrested for DUI, Newton man charged with credit card fraud, and alleged shoplifters also arrested.

Natasha L. Lugo, 24, of Prospect Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 2:24 a.m. on Oct. 3, 2015, for DUI-impairment. Officers and fire and rescue teams were sent to South Broadway for a possible accident, with injury, between two motor vehicles. After an investigation into the incident, Lugo was arrested.

Phillip A. Stys, 35, of Brackett Road in New Durham, was arrested at 2:44 a.m. on Oct. 3, for criminal mischief. A woman reported that her roommate allegedly keyed her vehicle during an argument and then fled the area on foot. She gave a description of the man and later, police caught up with him on Pelham Road. Stys was then arrested.

Darryl A. Rodger, 54, of Mountain Village Road in Windham, was arrested at 10:43 a.m. on Oct. 3, for disorderly conduct and a bench warrant. Police were sent to the Home Depot on South Broadway for a report of a solicitor on the island interfering with customers and traffic. When they arrived to investigate, the found Rodger and a check yielded an electronic bench warrant. He refused bail and was held.
Jose A. Vazquez, 26, of Pleasant Terrace in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 12:24 p.m. on Oct. 3, and charged with possession of a controlled drug (heroin/crack, more than 1 gram but less than 5 grams), possession of a controlled drug (marijuana/hash, less than 5 grams), and a bench warrant. Police were sent to the Red Roof Inn for a report of a man in a Nissan who reportedly hit a female passenger. The pair was staying at the motel. Police investigated the incident and found no assault. However, Vazquez had warrants and was arrested and held on $1,250 cash bail.

Adam C. Clough, 36, of Smith Street in Salem, was arrested at 8:59 a.m. on Oct. 4, and charged with criminal trespass and theft by unauthorized taking (under $1,000). Also arrested was Matthew A. Murphy, 33, of Main Street in Salem, for criminal trespass and theft by unauthorized taking (under $1,000). The men were arrested on Town Farm Road after the owner of the property stated that she had not given anyone permission to be on the property.
Michael C. Laudarowicz, 25, of Bear Hill Road in Newton, was arrested at 12:16 p.m. on Oct. 4, for four counts of credit card fraud (under $1,000). He turned himself in to police.
Estephanie Sanchez, 20, of Brookdale Lane in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 5:59 p.m. on Oct. 4, for willful concealment. Also arrested was Yaideliz Roldan, 20, of Brook Street in Haverhill, MA, who was also charged with willful concealment. Both were allegedly involved in a shoplifting incident at J.C. Penney at the Mall at Rockingham Park.
Bonnie L. Todisco, 25, of Meisner Circle in Salem, was taken into protective custody at 7:57 p.m. on Oct. 4, after a crash in the parking lot of the Mall at Rockingham Park.
