Sheriffs Arrest Deerfield Sex Offender

BRENTWOOD, NH — The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested the following people recently:

April A. Karalfa, 42, of G Street in Hampton, was arrested on July 23, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a probation hearing on a criminal threatening charge and VOP-criminal trespass.

Steven C. Bagley, 44, of Chestnut Street in Lynn, MA, was arrested on July 20, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for def sent on a possession of cocaine charge.

David A. Locke, 44, of Kimball Road in Amesbury, MA, was arrested on July 19, 2016, on a warrant by the New Hampshire Parole board for violation of parole.

Mason E. Ash, 24, of Oak Street in Biddeford, ME, was arrested on July 19, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a theft by deception charge, a warrant by Newport Police for taking without consent, a warrant from Croydon Police for theft, and a warrant issued by Newport District Court for conduct after an accident.

Pauline E. Gaffney, 27, of Brook Street in Derry, was arrested on July 18, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for drug court violation on an Oxycodone possession charge.

Edward G. Proctor, 52, pictured, of Cotton Road in Deerfield, a registered sex offender, was arrested on July 14, 2016, for failure to appear; default to recognizance. In June, he was arrested in Deerfield for felony prohibited persons from childcare services.

Giuseppe Maini, 56, of Sherburne Road in Portsmouth, was arrested on July 13, 2016, on another agency’s warrant.
