Sheriffs Arrest Habitual Offenders, Heroin Dealers, and Thieves

Rockingham Sheriffs arrested the following individuals recently:
Scott C. Collier, 33, of North Main Street in Concord, was arrested at May 1, 2015, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on an operating while being a habitual offender.
Casey L. Vigeant, 31, of Parkersville Lane in Seabrook, was arrested on May 1, on a failure to appear at the arraignment of a sale of heroin and heroin sale charges.

Thomas E. Rodrick, 19, of Pine Street in Leicester, MA, was arrested on May 1, on kidnapping and criminal threatening charges.
Richard A. Horton, 35, of Patricia Avenue in Raymond, was arrested on May 4, for violation of parole/probation on an original charge of possession of heroin.

Elizabeth H. Hedman, 56, of Margies Way in Epsom, was arrested on May 5, on a failure to appear on a theft charge.
Erick K. Harris, 34, of Margies Way in Epsom, was arrested on May 5, for failure to appear at the sentencing of a sale of heroin charge.
Samantha M. Benham, 27, of Rockingham Road in Derry, was arrested on May 5, on a violation of parole/probation on a heroin possession charge.
Shawn F. Clarke Sr., 45, of Range Avenue in Lynn, MA, was arrested on May 5, on a civil violation court order.
Andrew M. Holmes, 24, of Langford Road in Raymond, was arrested on May 5, on a violation of parole/probation on a possession of heroin charge.
Joseph A. Collins, 41, of Park Street in Exeter, was arrested on May 6, on a violation of probation charge on an original charge of sale of Oxycodone charge.
Daniel B. Bird, 46, of South Policy Road in Salem, was arrested on May 6, on a fugitive from justice charge from Sanford, ME, on a theft charge.
