Windham Man Arrested Again in Salem
Darryl Rodger is picked up for a bench warrant and allegedly soliciting at the Home Depot on South Broadway.

Darryl A. Rodger, 54, of Mountain Village Road in Windham, was arrested at 10:43 a.m. on Oct. 3, for disorderly conduct and a bench warrant.

According to a report, police were sent to the Home Depot on South Broadway for a report of a solicitor on the island interfering with customers and traffic. When they arrived to investigate, the found Rodger and a check yielded an electronic bench warrant. He refused bail and was held.
