Cops: Three Busted In Manahawkin For Having 70 Bags Of Heroin

Three Pennsylvania residents were charged early Sunday with having 70 bags of heroin after a traffic stop in Manahawkin, police said.
Hannibal Collick, Addil Wright and Jessica Vulpis were all charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, police said.
At approximately 1:30 a.m., Stafford Township Police received a call about a suspicious vehicle in the area of Route 72 and East Road. After receiving the description of the vehicle, officers responded to the area in order to locate the vehicle, police said.

Officer Povlosky was first on scene and located the vehicle pulling into the Exxon gas station. At that time, a motor vehicle stop was conducted, police said.
Shortly thereafter, Officers MacFarlane, Fenlon, and Mckenna arrived on scene to assist. As officers began to speak with the individuals they noticed the odor of raw marijuana emanating from the vehicle.

The driver, later identified as Hannibal Collick, admitted to having marijuana inside the vehicle, and willingly gave consent to search his vehicle.
Search of the vehicle produced 70 bags of heroin as well as six hypodermic needles, and three jars of marijuana, police said.
All individuals were transported to Stafford Police Headquarters where they were issued several summons for the above offenses and released with a new court date pending.
