$85,000 Tuition Bill Due For Seaside Park Parents Who Sent Students To TR Instead Of Central
Acting State Commissioner of Education rules that the parents, not Central Regional, are responsible for tuition costs

The state acting Commissioner of Education has ruled that the families of 11 Seaside Park students who went to Toms River schools instead of Central Regional must pay $85,000 in tuition costs to the Toms River school district. according to the Asbury Park Press
The families of the students signed an agreement with the Toms River school district and former disgraced superintendent Michael J. Ritacco in 2009 to let the pupils attend Toms River High School East and Toms River School free of charge. The students were partof the Central Regional school district.
