Beachwood Resident's SUV Flips In Berkeley Crash: Police
The Beachwood driver, who sustained minor injuries, was able to leave the car Wednesday without assistance, police said.

A Beachwood driver struck a utility pole, causing the 2012 Ford Escape to roll onto its roof Wednesday at the Berkeley-Beachwood border, according to Berkeley Township Police Chief Karin DiMichele. The driver left the vehicle without assistance and sustained minor injuries, DiMichele said.
Sandy Chadwick, 24, drifted to the right onto the sand and head-on into the utility pole on Double Trouble Road in Bayville, BTPD said. Officials took Chadwick to Community Medical Center for minor injuries, BTPD said. Chadwick also sustained soreness associated with wearing a seatbelt, according to police.
Authorities closed Double Trouble Road in both directions for the crash investigation and while the electric company replaced the pole, DiMichele said.
