Berkeley: Nearest Prescription Drug Drop-off Sites For April 27

Here's where you can safely dispose of prescription drugs on National Prescription Drug Take Back Day.

BERKELEY, N.J. — National Prescription Drug Take Back Day takes place Saturday, April 27. Several collection sites around the nation will allow you to safely dispose of prescription drugs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Several locations prohibit liquids and sharp objects such as syringes. Check with your local collection site's host if you're unsure about restrictions.

  • Beachwood Police Department, 1600 Pinewald Rd.
  • Lacey Walmart, 580 Route 9 North, Lanoka Harbor (hosted by the Lacey Township Police Department, prohibits liquids and syringes)
  • Surf City Police Department: 813 Long Beach Blvd.
  • Harvey Cedars Police Department: 7606 Long Beach Blvd.
