Berkeley Police Deliver A Baby Boy
The mother and baby appeared healthy after the birth, police said.
BERKELEY, NJ — Two Berkeley police officers delivered a baby Aug. 18. Patrolmen Jacob Camaraza and Ryan Drivanos were dispatched to Donald Place for a woman in labor.
Lacey EMS was also dispatched. The officers delivered the baby before first-aid arrival. The unidentified mother and baby boy appeared healthy before transport to Community Medical Center, according to Berkeley police.
Camaraza and Drivanos received Stork Pins, which officers receive for assisting in childbirth.
