Berkeley Police Log: 7 Burglaries, 2 DWIs

Dec. 29

• Allen C. Jenkins, 36, of Linstead Court, was arrested for failure to appear.

Dec. 27

• Genaro Gialanella, 32, of Carlyle Drive, was arrested for several failure to appear warrants.

Dec. 26

• Troy J. Apanel, 29, of Forked River, was charged with DWI and issued with traffic summonses for reckless driving, careless driving and following too closely. Police found Apanel when responding to a three-car accident at the intersection of Route 9 and Ocean Gate Drive. The crash resulted in minor vehicle damage.

Dec. 24

• Reported motor vehicle burglary, 200 block of Eastern Boulevard, approximately $50 in change stolen.

Dec. 23

• Heather R. Morgan, 30, of Maryland Avenue, arrested for burglary and theft.

Dec. 22

• Reported structural fire, 600 block of Holly Boulevard, ruled accidental.

Dec. 20

• Dalvens Pierre-Louis, 19, of Paterson, arrested for violating the terms of his probation.
• Reported motor vehicle burglary, 300 block of Western Boulevard, approximately $300 stolen.

Dec. 19

• Elena Zsoldos, 49, of Serpentine Drive, arrested for DWI.
• Kenneth Spinelli, 57, of Seaside Heights, arrested for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

Dec. 15

• Fire, 300 block of Wheaton Avenue, no significant damage or injuries, deemed accidental.

Dec. 13

• Ralph McBride Jr., 61, of Falmouth Street, arrested on active no bail warrant out of his jurisdiction for assault.

Dec. 12

• Cody L. Friewald, 22, of South Toms River, arrested for possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Reported motor vehicle burglary, 100 block of Brittany Drive, value of stolen property approximately $2,500.

• Lyaisha M. Torres, 19, of First Avenue, arrested for contempt.

Dec. 10

• Hunter S. Hauge, 18, of Princeton Avenue, arrested for violating the terms of electric monitoring.
• Carmine R. Sperrezza, 29, of Toms River, arrested for failure to appear.

Dec. 7

• Tara M. Zatani, 45, of Toms River, arrested for failure to appear.

Dec. 6

• Bryan E. Gregory, 40, of Beachwood, arrested for non-payment of child support and failure to appear.
• Reported criminal mischief, large rock thrown through the front window of Richard's Sub World (299 Atlantic City Blvd.).
• Reported motor vehicle burglary, 100 block of midway avenue, approximately $20 in loose change stolen.

• Reported motor vehicle burglary, 500 block of Riverside Drive, several credit cards stolen.

• Reported burglary, 100 block of Moorage Avenue, two small bicycles stolen.
• Reported burglary, 100 block of Ocean Avenue, vacuum cleaner and ship wheel mirror stolen.

Dec. 1

• Richard F. Kaufman, 57, of Woodbridge, arrested for failure to appear.
