UPDATE: Ocean Gate Rep On Central Regional School Board Loses Seat
Michael T. Passeri ousted Stephanie Jensen in the race for the Ocean Gate seat on the board. seat

Stephanie Jensen - the Ocean Gate representative on the Central Regional Board of Education - lost her bid for another term to Michael T. Passeri last night.
Jensen, 447 East Averne Avenue, received 203 votes. Michael T. Passeri, 719 Red Bank Avenue, won with 287 votes. There were 3 write-ins, according to the Ocean County Clerk’s Office.
Michael Graichen, 300 Carteret Avenue, Seaside Heights, a former teacher at Central Regional High School won the uncontested Seaside Heights seat with 208 votes.

Tracy Mianulli, 111 8th Avenue, ran unopposed for the Seaside Park seat on the board. She received 266 votes.
The Central Regional school district serves five towns - Berkeley Township, Ocean Gate, Island Heights, Seaside Heights and Seaside Park. There are nine seats on the school board.
