Bloomfield Cops: Men Stole Hot Water Heaters From Store, Went Back For More
Bloomfield police say that a pair of men abandoned a second attempt to steal two hot water heaters from a local store.

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — Bloomfield police say that a pair of men abandoned an attempt to steal two hot water heaters from a local store after making a successful theft from the same location just 48 hours earlier.
According to the Bloomfield Police Department, a pair of men in a grey GMC Suburban were caught by store security on June 8 as they attempted to walk out of the building with a pair of hot water heaters valued at $996.
When confronted, the men left the items and fled in their vehicle, police said.

The same two men allegedly stole a pair of hot water heaters from the same store on June 6. Police are investigating both incidents, authorities stated.
