Brick Council To Weigh Beach Fee Increases
The council is set to consider a few ordinances this week. Also, police are still searching for missing teen, suspects sought in road rage.

BRICK, NJ — It's Thanksgiving week, and while we know many of you are thinking about turkey and all the fixings, there's a few things coming up to be aware of.
On Tuesday, the Brick Township Council is scheduled to meet and has three ordinance updates on the agenda for first reading.
Of note, one proposes an increase in the fees for garbage cans — both new ones and for those who are looking for additional garbage capacity. Also up for introduction is an ordinance that would increase beach fees and parking fees.
The meeting is set for 7 p.m. Tuesday at the municipal building, 401 Chambers Bridge Ave. The agenda can be found here.
On Thursday all township offices will be closed and there will be no recycling or garbage collection. Public works collections will be delayed, with Thursday's collected Friday, and Friday's collected Saturday.
