BRICK, NJ — On the anniversary of Superstorm Sandy, Brick residents who lived near the water nine years ago got an unpleasant reminder of the wind and water that damaged and destroyed homes.

While the flooding gave way to sunshine and a pleasant Halloween, it was a reminder of how much work has to be done to help residents affected by nuisance flooding of roads. Read more headlines below.
