Brick Neighborhood Watch Program Continues To Grow

Meetings are scheduled in several neighborhoods in the coming days.

BRICK, NJ — Brick Township's Neighborhood Watch program is continuing to grow and spread, as residents try to take an active role in fighting crime in their parts of town.

The program was revived in 2016, with the initial focus on the Herbertsville section of town in response to residents' complaints about criminal activity and drugs. A Neighborhood Watch committee formed in the Midstreams section soon after.

Since then, the program has spread throughout town. Meetings are scheduled, starting Monday, in neighborhoods on the south side of town.
