• 25th anniversary of 9/11 observed with 2,977 flags at Weinberg Campus (jewishvoicesnj.org) — Cherry Hill veterans, civic groups, and first responders recently placed 2,977 flags outside the Katz JCC in town to honor every life lost on 9/11's 25th anniversary. Local police, firefighters, and a township councilwoman joined Jewish community leaders to stress the importance of remembering the attacks and educating younger residents who don't personally recall that day.
