Bomb Threat At Clark School

Breaking: A bomb threat related to Clark schools was reported on Monday causing police to monitor the schools through Tuesday.

CLARK, NJ — A bomb threat targeting the Clark Schools was reported by the school district on Monday, police reported.

The threat was evaluated and was deemed non-credible by authorities. Both Clark Police and school personnel conducted sweeps of all of the schools as well, police reported.

After the sweeps, the threat was confirmed to be non-credible and the police maintained a constant presence at all of the schools in the district on Monday until Tuesday morning and will continue to do so throughout the day Feb. 7.

"Please trust that your children's safety is our number one priority and that at this time this threat is not being deemed as credible," Clark Police reported.

Another threat was also reported in Franklin, where an anonymous person made a threat on social media against an administrator of Franklin High School on Monday.
