“This is a book I promised myself I would write,” Fogler told Patch. “It is a story about me going through some very serious life challenges and not finding answers.”

For years, Fogler suffered with health issues that eventually became very disabling causing her to stop working at a job that she really liked. She then had a liver transplant.

But instead of getting down about her situation, Fogler started to work on things herself.

She started to research and try new things along the way in her journey and found that the mind was a powerful tool.

“In my situation it was easy to go into depression and a feeling of no hope, but I decided I am not going to go down that road,” Fogler.

Instead of relying on drugs, she turned to positive thinking.

In Fogler’s book she offers emotional survival techniques that will change the reader’s thoughts and actions to bring happiness into their life.

“It is amazing to learn that there are techniques to make this happen and that they are not that difficult to do. All you need is hope and determination to move forward out of your life trauma, and follow the outlined steps in the book to start on your healing journey,” according to Fogler’s book description.

Fogler is now sharing her tips with others in her book and is also doing speaking appearances.

“It’s a matter of being positive and never giving up, there is always a way,” Folger said. “The message in my book is there is always a way to find a way out of it and live a happy life.”
