Clark Resident Is Collecting Halloween Candy To Donate To Troops

CLARK, NJ — Clark resident Donna Cacchione is collecting leftover and unwanted candy to donate to troops overseas.

Cacchione is collecting candy from Nov. 1 through Nov. 9 to donate to the Operation Jersey Cares organization. The organization will ship the candy out as part of a larger Christmas care package to actively deployed troops around the world.

Cacchione has set up a drop box for the candy at the recreation center in the township municipal building at 430 Westfield Ave.
