More than 150 employers will attend the NJIT Spring Career, Co-op and Internship Fair -- the largest ever at NJIT. Employers will hire May graduates but also hire underclassmen for summer internships. These internships often lead to full-time jobs. Journalists are welcome to attend the fair and interview recruiters and students. For more information, see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sxfY206BPRo
Gregory Mass, executive director of NJIT Career Development Services, will be available to discuss the job outlook for May graduates. “The job market is stronger than it’s been since 2008 and graduates of science and technology-based disciplines are in high demand,” said Mass. Majors in demand include computer science, information technology, business information systems and computer and electrical engineering.”
The event is set for Wednesday, February 29, 2012, from 12:30 pm to 5 pm in the Zoom Fleisher Athletic Center and Naimoli Family Athletic and Recreational Facility.
