- Cupid's Salad (Mesclun, red onion, cucumber, and walnuts tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette and topped with crispy prosciutto)
- Scallop Bisque topped with a fried scallop

- Garlic Shrimp (Sauteed rock shrimp in garlic sauce on top of a potato pancake with scallion sour cream)
- Sesame Chicken Satay (Fried sesame chicken satays, cold shitaki mushroom and red pepper salad with a spicy peanut sauce)
Third course:
- Surf & Turf (16 oz. grilled NY sirloin and two collossal shrimp served with a twice baked bacon and cheddar potato and fried asparagus with a horseradish demi-glace)
- Veal Chop (Pan roasted veal chop with crispy potato rositi, sauteed broccoli rabe, and hot and sweet cherry peppers and a basil pesto sauce)
- Senorita's Sampler (One mushroom and cheese enchilada, chicken burrito, mini beef chimichanga, and a soft steak taco served with black beans and rice)
- Grilled Eggplant Tower (Grilled eggplant and peppers, fresh mozzarella and portabella mushrooms served over a soft roasted garlic polenta and topped with a balsamic tomato vinaigrette)
- Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes (Two crab cakes, roasted corn and potato hash, with a red pepper coulis topped with crispy fried leeks.
