Garwood Recreation Goes Virtual for Summer 2020 Programs

The Garwood Recreation Department has announced several virtual programs and services for this summer .

The Garwood Recreation Department has announced several virtual programs and services for this summer to help residents have some fun and learn something new while remaining safe and healthy during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

These programs include:

  • Virtual Dance Camps with the Center for Dance Education where children ages 3-9 can learn how to dance during the week of July 13-17,
  • Virtual Magic Camps with Party Magic Academy where residents can learn how to perform various magic tricks, optical illusions, and jokes, and
  • Online Art Classes with Young Rembrandts where art lovers can get individualized instruction, be creative and have fun.

Registration for these programs is now open, and residents can find more information and register at the department's page on the Borough's website, http://www.garwood.org/recreation.
