Roselle Savings Bank, headquartered in Roselle, NJ marked its 125th anniversary on May 25, 2014. To commemorate this milestone event, the bank
will be inviting residents of the local community to join them during various
family-oriented celebrations throughout the month of June at the Roselle,
Bernardsville and High Bridge branches. The
festivities will begin at the bank’s headquarters location in Roselle on
Saturday, June 7th. The High
Bridge branch will celebrate the 125th anniversary with a party the
following weekend on Saturday, June 14th, followed by the
Bernardsville branch on Saturday, June 28.
Each branch celebration will run approximately 2 1/2
hours from 9:30 am to 12:00 noon. At all
of the events, the bank will provide food, free prizes, and a raffle for a
chance to win a 42” LCD television. In
addition, the bank will give partygoers a chance to take a trip down memory
lane by featuring an old-fashioned 1950s ice cream truck at every branch celebration.
The ice cream truck will give away free ice cream as well as Roselle Savings
Bank ice cream scoops to all those who attend the festivities. The bank will also offer a “Something to
Celebrate Anniversary CD” at a special rate for those interested in an
opportunity to invest their money.
