CLARK, NJ — Clark Police made multiple arrests last week involving weapons and drug possessions.
Clark Police Blotter:
On April 17 at 8:47 p.m.: In the vicinity of the Garden State Parkway northbound ramp, police arrested Emmanuel Doxy, 35, of Upper Darby, Pennsylvania for possession of controlled dangerous substance and receiving stolen property. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Officer Bruce McDonald was the arresting officer.

On April 18 at 11:43 a.m.: At Headquarters, police arrested Vipul Doshi, 29, of Edison on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court. After posting bail in the amount of $500, he was released pending a court date. Officer Mark Detore was the arresting officer.
On April 18 at 1:45 p.m.: In the vicinity of Valley Road, police arrested Ebony Clark, 25, of Linden and Fahiym Brown, 26, of Linden for possession of controlled dangerous substance and controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia. Both individuals were subsequently released on their own recognizance pending court dates. Police Officer Andrew Medeiros was the Arresting Officer.

On April 18 at 5:15 p.m.: In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, police arrested Virginia Kussman, 31, of Avenel on outstanding warrants, totaling $2,750, from Edison, Piscataway and Rahway for contempt of court. She was also charged with driving with a suspended license and subsequently turned over to the Edison Police Department. Officer Sergio D’Andrea was the arresting officer.
On April 18 at 9:10 p.m.: In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, police arrested Joel Gonzalez, 21, of Rahway for possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Sgt. Christopher Tuccio was the arresting officer.
On April 19 at 1:48 a.m.: In the vicinity of Raritan Road, police arrested Samantha Hershey, 29, of Scotch Plains on outstanding warrants, totaling $2,840, from Guttenberg, Jersey City, North Plainfield, Weehawken, and West New York for contempt of court. She was subsequently turned over to the West New York Police Department. Sgt. Christopher Tuccio was the arresting officer.
On April 19 at 4:39 p.m.: At 1087 Raritan Road, police arrested Luis Labrador, 47, of Clark on an outstanding warrant from Clark for contempt of court. He was also charged with resisting arrest and subsequently transported to the Union County Jail. Detective Alex Yanes was the arresting officer.
On April 19 at 10:55 p.m.: In the vicinity of Westfield Avenue, police arrested Thomas Bacchio, 26, of Staten Island, New York for possession of controlled dangerous substance. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Officer Christopher Tuccio was the arresting officer.
On April 20 at 5:49 p.m.: In the vicinity of Meadow Road, police arrested Larry Hughes, 21, of Parlin for possession of controlled dangerous substance. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Lt. Daniel Pitts was the Arresting Officer.
On April 20 at 8:42 p.m.: In the vicinity of Valley Road, police arrested Cody Miller, 20, of Lemoyne, Pennsylvania for possession of controlled dangerous substance. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Police Officer Michael Ciaccio was the Arresting Officer.
On April 20 at 11:13 p.m.: In the vicinity of the Garden State Parkway northbound connector, police arrested Jose Melendez, 19, of Union for possession of controlled dangerous substance. He was subsequently released on his own recognizance pending a court date. Officer Michael Ciaccio was the arresting officer.
On April 22 at 12:11 a.m.: In the vicinity of Grand Street, police arrested Jantaya Greene, 25, of Newark for possession of CDS. She was subsequently released on her own recognizance pending a court date. Police Michael Ciaccio was the arresting officer.
On April 22 at 10:44 p.m.: In the vicinity of Dawn Drive, police arrested Lamar Moore, 30, of Irvington for driving under the influence. He was subsequently released pending a court date. Officer Ronny Taborda was the arresting officer.
On April 23 at 12:10 a.m.: In the vicinity of Raritan Road and Central Avenue, police arrested Matthew Manzo, 27, of Clark for possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes. Also arrested was Andreanna Bally, 25, of Rahway for possession of controlled dangerous substance and hindering apprehension. Both individuals were subsequently released on their own recognizance pending court dates. Officer Michael Hernandez was the arresting officer.
