WESTFIELD AREA Y'S GARWOOD FAMILY CENTER Y HOSTS CAREER MONTH

May is “Career Month” at the Garwood Family Center Y located at 500 East Street in Garwood! During the month of May, parents have the opportunity to come in to the classroom and share their job and career with the children.

“I love seeing the excitement and expression from the children when a parent enters the room to speak and share a career with them. They are like sponges and take in the information and are so eager to learn more and ask questions too,” states Shannon McGillis, Director of the Garwood Family Center Y.
