“Alice in Wonderland” at Trinity Cranford

Driftwood Players will be presenting “Alice in Wonderland on Friday and Saturday evenings February 18th, 19th, 25th, and 26th at 8:00PM and Sunday February 27th at 3:00 PM in Sherlock Hall at Trinity Episcopal Church, North and Forest Avenues, Cranford, New Jersey. Tickets will be sold at the door and are and $12 for adults and $7 for children and seniors. A preview performance will be presented on Thursday February 17th at 8:00 PM.  “Alice in Wonderland” by Lewis Carroll was originally published in 1865. It tells the story of a girl who falls down a rabbit hole into fantasy world and encounters unusual creatures in a series of adventures. The story’s unusual use of logic has been delighting children and adults for generations. “Alice in Wonderland” has been translated into 125 different languages. There are over 100 editions of the book and it has been adapted countless times for stage, screen, and TV.  This production of “Alice in Wonderland” is directed by Ms. Katherine Benson, who is the Artistic Director and Founder of Driftwood Players, and features Mark Bankin, Chris Braca, Allie Brand, Maddie Brand, Tabbie Brand Emily Burns, Hillary Burns, Danielle Frank, Kristen Fulton, Haily Inselberg, Tom Kaercher, Theresa Lyons, Danielle Manente, Kelly Maher, Amanda Nordstorm, Russ Ortiz, Matt Pana, Candy Predham, Jim Schmauker, Eli Taylor, Dave Thompkins and Wendy Varela

 Trinity Episcopal Church is a family church that has been serving the needs of Cranford area families for generations since 1872.   Holy Eucharist services are celebrated on Sundays at 8 AM (Rite I) and 10 AM (Rite II w/music) by The Reverend Dr. Gina Walsh-Minor, Rector Trinity Episcopal Church.  Trinity recently opened Trinity Episcopal Day School, which provides a nurturing learning environment for children from 21/2 to 13 years of age.
