• Missing East Brunswick Teen Has Ties to Cranford; Police Ask for Public's Help (tapinto.net) — Police are asking Cranford-area residents to help locate 17-year-old Leyton J. Buckley, a former Cranford resident now living in East Brunswick who was last seen there on Sept. 15. Because of his strong ties to Cranford, local readers are urged to share his description and contact East Brunswick police at 732-390-6901 with any information.
   

• Castaneda And Curtis Ignite Union Catholic Girls Soccer to 1-1 Draw with Cranford (tapinto.net) — Cranford High School's undefeated girls soccer team was held to a 1-1 draw by Union Catholic, despite outshooting their opponent 17–9. A late second-half goal from Union Catholic's Isabella Castaneda and 16 saves by goalie Rylee Curtis preserved the tie, keeping Cranford's strong early-season form in the spotlight for local fans.
   

• NJIT Double Major Pablo Leyva Takes on Human-AI Interaction at Apple (njit.edu) — A former Cranford High School student, Pablo Leyva, has parlayed his early computer science projects in town into back-to-back internships at Apple, where he now works on how people interact with AI in apps like Wallet and Siri. He describes how support from mentors, NJIT's Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, and his New Jersey roots helped him reach Silicon Valley and inspired him to mentor younger students.
