East Brunswick Public Library Program Explores Brain Health

The program is funded through FEMA to provide support to those who might need some extra help during COVID times.

What can we do to improve our memory? An upcoming East Brunswick Public Library (2 Jean Walling Civic Center Drive) answers that very question.

The library hosts the online program “Brain Health” with expert Samantha Malinger on Friday, August 27 at noon. Several topics will be covered, including simple things that you can do to keep your brain healthy, including recommended activities and foods.

Malinger is a Senior Support Specialist/Crisis Counselor with the RWJ Hope and Healing program. The program is funded through FEMA to provide support to those who might need some extra help during COVID times.
