Know Your Cholesterol Numbers at EBPL Program

Do you know what your cholesterol numbers actually mean? East Brunswick Public Library (2 Jean Walling Civic Center Drive) hosts an online program about this topic on Friday, February 18 a noon.

This program is led by Carol Schoenberger, RN BSN, Community Outreach Nurse at Hackensack Meridian Health. She explains the difference between good and bad cholesterol, how it impacts cardiac disease, and how you can control cholesterol by meal planning, exercise and medication.

Schoenberger has been a nurse for over 45 years. She has over three decades of experience in educating the community on how to take care of their health and stay well.
