Library Holds "Balance and Flexibility" Program

Presented by Wally Dimalanta, PT, of AmeriCare Physical Therapy.

East Brunswick Public Library (2 Jean Walling Civic Center) teams up with AmeriCare Physical Therapy for the program "Balance and Flexibility: Keys to Movement and Improving Quality of Life" on Friday, April 26 at 11:00 am.

The presentation will begin with an overview on balance training, flexibility, and stability. The class will then learn about different exercises, tools and tactics to mitigate injury that physical therapists use, as well as takeaway pieces, Q&A, and a summary of action items for the audience to review at home.

The program is led by Wally Dimalanta, PT, of AmeriCare Physical Therapy.

With over 25 years of clinical experience, Dimalanta is a highly skilled physical therapist who has excelled in diverse settings, including acute care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, occupational health facilities, and private multidisciplinary practices. As a hands-on clinician, he is dedicated and enthusiastic about achieving superior patient outcomes, strong interpersonal skills, and the design and execution of comprehensive therapy programs.

This balance and flexibility program is for the general public, but there will be special attention to seniors.
